Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage guest reservations and the waiting list efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about the menu, promotions, and restaurant services.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth guest flow and table availability.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Ensure an exceptional first and last impression for every guest.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in Hospitality/Food & Beverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
