 Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Costing
 Inventory Management & Costing
● Oversee end-to-end inventory management processes, including tracking, stock valuation, and reconciliation.
 
 ● Manage raw material and finished goods inventory flow in our ERP system.
 
 ● Develop and implement inventory controls to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
 
 ● Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics, including stock levels, turnover rates, and aging.
 
 ● Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to forecast inventory needs and plan procuremen
 
  Accounting & Bookkeeping
 
 ● End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting
 
 ● Monthly GST workings and filing
 
 ● TDS computation and filing
 
 ● Petty cash handling and reporting
 
 ● Payroll processing and statutory compliance
 
 ● Vendor GL reconciliation and payment follow-up
 
 ● Bank reconciliation and management
 
  Audit & Compliance
 
 ● Assist in internal and external audits
 
 ● Support fixed asset audit, BDO audit, and Transfer Pricing reports
 
 ● Ensure statutory compliance: GST audits, enforcement cases, income tax
 
 ● Secretarial, labor law, ISO, and factory license compliance
 
  Reporting & Closures
 
 ● Support periodical book closure activities
 
 ● Preparation of balance sheet schedules (prepaid, provisions, etc.)
 
 ● Perform periodic reviews of books and reconciliations
 
  ERP, Banking & US Entity Support
 
 ● Work on ERP/inventory system integration and reconciliation
 
 ● Manage US finance operations: bookkeeping, CPA liaison, annual filings
 
 ● Handle ODI fund transfers, sales tax remittance, and permits
 
 ● Oversee corporate credit cards and HSBC credit line
 
  Requirements:
 
 ● 8+ years of relevant work experience
 
 ● BCom / MCom / BBA / MBA in Finance or related fields
 
 ● Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
 
 ● Knowledge of Tally, or RealBooks
 
 ● Experience handling GST, TDS, and audit compliance Confidential
 
 ● Exposure to both Indian and US finance operations is a plus
