Role Description:
As the lead of all things Revenue, you’ll be a part of the Finance Team and help shape the revenue function of a high-growth, high-tech organization.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Revenue Operations Oversight: Manage and monitor all revenue streams—domestic and international.
Invoicing & Collections: Ensure timely generation of invoices, reconciliations and proactive follow-ups for collections.
Customer Coordination: Liaise with customers and Sales and customer support teams for contracts, billing queries, and payment realisations.
Revenue MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate revenue-related MIS reports, including Budgeting and Forecasting.
Compliance: Handle tax compliance related to revenue including US Sales Tax consultants, GST, export benefits, and other statutory requirements.
EOU & Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with EOU (Export Oriented Unit) norms and maintain necessary documentation.
Global Revenue Management: Oversee revenue recognition and compliance for our growing international customer base.

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Strong understanding of revenue accounting, taxation, and commercial compliances.
Exposure to EOU norms, export documentation, and customs procedures (preferred).
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
This is a work from office position, with locations in Indiranagar and HBR layout, Bangalore.

Candidate Acumen: Solid analytical and coordination skills, with a deep understanding of revenue recognition (IND AS/IFRS) in a B2B tech/services setup. They’re experienced in managing multiple revenue lines, international clients, and driving process improvements with a strong eye for detail.
