POSITION: Senior Executive Trade Marketing & Events
LOCATION: Bengaluru, Karnataka
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a senior marketing executive the incumbent shall be responsible for
planning, Executing and developing marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness,
support the sales team and increase the revenue. The core responsibility is the drive acquisition
and retention of customer through physical activations.
Responsibilities
Field Marketing Initiatives: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BTL
marketing initiatives in the field, such as events, promotions, activations, and guerrilla
marketing efforts.
Market Research: Performing the marketing research to get the insights of market and
competitors and validating the effectiveness of BTL marketing activities in reaching
specific target segments effectively
Event Management: Manage and oversee field events, trade shows, product launches,
and consumer activations, ensuring smooth execution.
Vendor and Partner Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to
ensure on-site logistics and support are in place for successful field campaigns.
Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers at malls, events, and
residential societies to acquire leads and promote our products or services.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets in the field, ensuring cost
effective strategies while maximizing impact.
Collateral Distribution: Ensure the efficient distribution of marketing collateral,
promotional materials, and assets required for BTL campaigns during field activities.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze on-site data to evaluate the
effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and provide real-time insights for
improvements.
Reporting: Prepare regular on-site reports and presentations to keep management and
internal stakeholders informed about field campaign progress and results.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in field
marketing to continually enhance field campaign strategies.
Qualification Needed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Previous experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to contribute unique field campaign ideas.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to work primarily in a field-based role.
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality field campaigns.
