Role Summary:
Position: BTL - Marketing Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Stipend: 15 K + 2 K (Incentives based on performance)
CTC: 3.5 - 4 LPA (Post Conversion to Full-Time)
Allowances: The Organisation will provide TA Allowances for the inter-city travels.
We are looking for enthusiastic BTL Marketing Interns to support the execution of ground-level marketing initiatives and brand activations. As a BTL intern, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns across retail outlets, events, and community engagement platforms. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to consumer engagement, sales support, and marketing operations within a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the field marketing and sales teams to ensure brand visibility, collect market feedback, and contribute to the success of local marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Product Promotion and Brand Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote various dairy products and manage the overall brand image of the company. This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning for different products to attract target consumers.
Market Research and Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, behaviour, and trends related to dairy products. Analyse data to identify opportunities for product development and marketing strategies.
Product Launches and Campaigns: Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns to introduce new dairy products or promote existing ones. Develop creative marketing materials and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels.
Retail and Trade Marketing: Collaborate with retailers and distributors to develop and implement trade-marketing strategies, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and trade incentives to boost product sales.
Public Relations and Media Relations: Manage public relations efforts to build a positive brand image and handle media interactions to communicate key messages and respond to inquiries or crises effectively.
Sponsorships and Partnerships: Explore and manage potential partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and reach a broader audience.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems to capture and analyse customer data, enabling personalized marketing strategies and building customer loyalty.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure marketing initiatives are executed within the allocated resources.
Qualifications and Traits:
Market awareness
Knowledge of FMCG or Dairy sales
Advertising and promotional abilities
Good communication skills.
Taking ownership and accountability for driving events end-to-end.
Valid Driving License
Having a bike is a plus
