Role Summary:
● Role: Sales Executive
● Experience: 0 -3 Years (preferred in the Dairy/FMCG sector)
● Location: Bangalore
● Department: Retail
Key Responsibilities:
● Find new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
by adding new Distributors, MT partners, and Channel partners.
● Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
● Present, Promote, and Sell our products/services to customers.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Give product presentations and demos.
● Share regular reports on sales, forecasts, and customer feedback.
● Have basic knowledge of distributor operations.
Requirements:
● Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
● Experience in FMCG or, preferably, the Dairy industry.
● Understanding of sales numbers and ability to read sales data.
● Good communication and people skills.
● Basic knowledge of sales methods.
● Experience with retailer/distributor/agent management.
● Good financial acumen and discipline.
