The Senior Supervisor - Supply Chain is responsible for leading and coordinating supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. This role ensures that all supply chain activities are executed smoothly, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Supervision:
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training to staff.
• Maintain the performance rating sheet for delivery partners, FAS, and area supervisors based on errors and distribution health.
2. Procurement and Vendor Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and quality.
3. Logistics and Distribution:
• Oversee the planning and coordination of transportation and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and other company locations.
• Implement the FAS program and reduce errors in the last-mile deliveries.
• Implement the line-to-line buffer program and maintain proper backup channels to avoid late deliveries and increase the on-time delivery rate.
4. Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Maintain the inventory of the entire allocated area, including micro warehouses and hubs.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
5. Order Management:
• Forecast orders and manage orders effectively.
• Ensure to reduce the issues of the first order and maintain the best customer experience for new order deliveries.
6. Process Improvement:
• Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Increase the B2B apps and outlets experience and reduce everyday bottlenecks.
• Responsible for planning the growth of areas and implementing new processes to increase business in their regions.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate with the morning logistics team and area supervisors and change processes based on routes health and reports.
• Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Production to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Visit the routes regularly to have an overview of routes’ health and delivery processes.
8. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
• Maintain day-to-day operations TAT reports and report any bottlenecks to higher management on a daily basis.
9. Risk Management:
• Prevent risks and take necessary measures to avoid breakdowns.
• Take decisions in unanticipated situations considering the company’s growth and customer experience in mind.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
• This role typically operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel to warehouses, distribution centers, and supplier locations.
