Job Purpose:

The Business Development Executive will support the marketing department in organizing plant events, enhancing the visitor experience at the Sid’s Farm plant, and expanding the company’s presence in the Tumkur region. The role involves coordinating event logistics, maintaining brand visibility at the plant, and identifying and onboarding local agents to strengthen regional distribution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Event Management & Plant Activities

● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing farm and plant events such as school visits, and community outreach activities.
● Ensure end-to-end event execution, including setup, branding, coordination with vendors, and hospitality arrangements.
● Support in enhancing the visitor experience through improved displays, interactive setups, and branded zones.
● Manage event documentation, including capturing photos/videos, visitor feedback, and preparing post-event reports.

2. Plant Branding & Enhancement

● Regularly review and identify areas within the plant for visual or experiential improvement in line with Sid’s Farm’s brand identity.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for implementation of enhancements such as signages, murals, display panels, or interactive installations.
● Ensure proper maintenance and periodic updates of all marketing and branding materials at the plant.

3. Tumkur Market Development & Agent Onboarding

● Conduct market research in the Tumkur region to identify potential agents, distributors, and retail partners.
● Approach, evaluate, and onboard agents in alignment with Sid’s Farm’s operational and ethical standards.
● Provide onboarding support, including documentation, product training, and coordination with supply and sales teams.
● Collect market insights from agents and report competitor activity, pricing, and customer trends.

4. Coordination & Reporting

● Maintain smooth communication between the marketing, operations, and sales teams for event and field activities.
● Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing event outcomes, plant branding updates, and agent onboarding progress.
● Support in executing regional marketing campaigns and activations in Tumkur and nearby areas.
