Job Summary
Sid’s Farm is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Executive – Retail Operations to support retail supply chain and store operations. The role will be responsible for GRN/PRN collection and reconciliation, RTV reconciliation, indenting, inventory allocation, and ensuring smooth coordination between retail partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Documentation Management
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) / PRN (Purchase Return Note) collection and reconciliation with retail partners.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
Perform regular reconciliation of records to prevent discrepancies.
- RTV (Return to Vendor) Reconciliation
Monitor and reconcile RTV transactions with retail stores and warehouses.
Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams to ensure accurate vendor settlements.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Indenting & Inventory Allocation
Plan and process indents based on sales trends, stock levels, and demand forecasts.
Allocate inventory efficiently across retail stores and modern trade outlets.
Monitor stock availability to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with retail partners, warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless operations.
Track daily stock movement, shrinkage, and expiry management.
Generate operational reports related to stock reconciliation, allocation, and returns.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and retail partner guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or inventory management (preferably in FMCG/dairy).
- Strong knowledge of GRN, PRN, RTV processes, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience in indenting and demand planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
