Customer Support Intern

Location: Bangalore (Koramangala, Near Sony Signal)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,500 per Month
Work Timings: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through various support channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
  • Support the team in resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the team.

Skills Required

  • Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
