Customer Support Intern
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala, Near Sony Signal)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,500 per Month
Work Timings: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through various support channels.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Support the team in resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the team.
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
