Position: CA&R Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–4 Years
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Discipline)
Reporting To: Team Lead
What You'll Do
As a CA&R Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities and related processes.
- Support new partners and resolve onboarding-related queries or issues.
- Coordinate onboarding communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely system and process enablement.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, reports, and dashboards with high accuracy.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience while maintaining operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience in Operations Support, Onboarding, Customer Support, or similar functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of additional local languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
