Location: Hyderabad (Travel Across Operational Cities)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and execution-oriented Management Trainee – Supply Chain Operations to support operational excellence initiatives across Procurement, Plant Operations, First Mile, Distribution Centers (DCs), Warehousing, Dark Stores, and Last Mile Delivery.
The role focuses on monitoring operational performance, driving SOP adherence, implementing 5S, analyzing cost and performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement projects across the supply chain network.
This is a field-intensive role offering exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations with significant opportunities to lead implementation projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Performance Management
● Monitor daily operational performance across the end-to-end supply chain. ● Track key operational KPIs, service levels, and cost metrics.
● Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
SOP Governance & Process Excellence
● Monitor daily adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
● Conduct process audits and identify compliance gaps.
● Support the development, revision, and implementation of SOPs.
● Drive corrective actions and ensure process standardization across locations.
● Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
5S Implementation
Drive and sustain 5S implementation across:
● Plant Dispatch
● Warehouses
● Distribution Centers
● First Mile Operations
● Dark Stores
Responsibilities include:
● Conducting periodic 5S audits.
● Identifying workplace improvement opportunities.
● Driving visual workplace management and standardization.
● Monitoring audit scores and action plan closures.
Field Operations & Implementation
● Travel across operational cities to implement new processes and operational initiatives.
● Support rollout of SOPs, process changes, and operational best practices.
● Conduct field observations and recommend productivity improvements.
● Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across locations.
Cost & Productivity Improvement
● Monitor logistics, warehousing, and operational cost metrics.
● Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization.
● Support projects focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
● Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Eligibility
Education
MBA / PGDM in: Operations Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Operations & Analytics
Experience
● 0–2 years of experience.
● Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
● Internship or project experience in supply chain, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, dairy, retail, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
