Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced CA with expertise in taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance. Responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and overseeing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

- Conduct audits for compliance with internal and external regulations.

- Manage taxation (GST, TDS, direct & indirect taxes, statutory filings).

- Prepare and review monthly MIS reports for decision-making.

- Ensure financial controls and adherence to accounting standards.

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.

- Oversee payroll, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory adherence.

- Manage ledger accounting, accounts payable & receivable.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance, taxation, and auditing.

- Knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audits.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).

- Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
