Job Summary:
Tractor Junction is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running paid campaigns, managing performance marketing initiatives, handling Facebook ads, and analyzing Return on Investment (ROI). This role is crucial in driving online visibility, generating quality leads, and increasing customer acquisition across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy aligned with Tractor Junction's brand voice.
- Manage and allocate paid media budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially in the agricultural and farm equipment sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
