Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Telugu & Kannada language along with Hindi, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
