Procurement Officer – Tractor JunctionLocation: Jaipur, Alwar, Jodhpur & AjmerAbout the RoleTractor Junction is hiring energetic and field-oriented Procurement Officers for the used tractor business.The role involves sourcing and purchasing used tractors from customers and dealers at competitive prices.This is a field-based procurement role requiring strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and relationship-building with farmers and tractor dealers.Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with tractor owners, farmers, and dealers for used tractor procurement.- Purchase used tractors at competitive and profitable prices for the company.- Visit local markets regularly and generate procurement leads in assigned territories.- Inspect tractor condition, model, documentation, and resale potential before purchase.- Negotiate pricing and close procurement deals efficiently.- Build and maintain strong relationships with local tractor dealers and brokers.- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle transfer processes.- Achieve monthly procurement targets as per business goals.
