Job Description – Procurement Officer. Company: Tractor Junction. Location: Mehsana, Patan, Sabar Kantha, Gandhinagar, Anand, Ahmedabad. About the Role: Responsible for sourcing and purchasing old tractors from customers and dealers at competitive prices. Field sales and procurement role requiring strong negotiation skills, local market understanding, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: identify and connect with tractor owners, farmers, and dealers; purchase old tractors; conduct market visits and generate leads; evaluate tractor condition and documentation; negotiate pricing; maintain relationships; coordinate documentation and vehicle transfer; achieve monthly targets. Required Skills: Graduate/Undergraduate; experience in field/automobile/tractor sales or procurement preferred; freshers with local market knowledge may apply; negotiation and communication skills; comfortable with field work; knowledge of tractors/agri equipment an advantage. Preferred Background: tractor dealerships; used vehicle procurement; rural/agri sales; automobile field sales; vehicle loan (tractor loan).
