This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, driving cross-functional projects, and taking ownership from strategy to execution. Key Responsibilities• Work directly with founders and leadership on high-impact business initiatives.• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.• Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Procurement teams.• Analyze business performance and generate actionable insights.• Track key business metrics, project progress, and organizational priorities.• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.• Drive execution of special projects and strategic growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile• 3–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Growth roles.• Preference for candidates from startups, automotive, agri-tech, marketplaces, e-commerce, mobility, or related industries.• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.• High ownership mindset with a bias for action.• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
