Job Title: Document Coordinator – RTO. Role Overview: Manage end-to-end RTO processes including RC transfers, documentation, field visits, and backend follow-ups. Responsibilities: Visit RTOs for RC transfer and case processing; submit, collect, and verify required documents; follow up daily on assigned cases and resolve RTO objections; update case status in the system/Excel and maintain proper records; coordinate with lenders, customers, dealers, and internal teams for smooth execution; ensure timely closure of cases through proper and regular follow-up.
