Job Title: Document Coordinator – RTO. Locations: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (GJ) | Pune/Nashik, Maharastra. Role Overview: Manage end-to-end RTO processes including RC transfers, documentation, field visits, and backend follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: visit RTOs for RC transfer and case processing; submit, collect and verify documents; follow up daily on assigned cases and resolve RTO objections; update case status in system/Excel; coordinate with lenders, customers, dealers and internal teams; ensure timely closure of cases.
