About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head Combo Finance to lead and scale the finance business across the state. Responsibilities: drive business growth and profitability across New Car Loans, Used Car Loans, and Commercial Vehicle Loans; develop and execute state-level strategies; build relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Dealers, OEMs, DSAs; lead and manage sales teams; identify new business opportunities; monitor metrics and portfolio; ensure regulatory compliance; conduct business reviews. Requirements: 12–20 years of experience in Auto Finance/Banking/Financial Services; 3–5 years in leadership (State/Regional/Zonal/Business Head); strong network and track record; leadership and business development skills; ability to manage multiple product lines.
