Brief Profile SnapshotAs a Product Manager you shall lead multiple Product range with a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You should carry be a market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You need to be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.Roles and responsibilities:- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.- Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved.- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams- Responsible for understanding the client requirements and preparing a FS document after discussing with Development team.- Responsible for explaining the functionality to client, support team and developers.- Responsible for reviewing test cases.- Responsible for problem analysis and functional verification.IDEAL Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BSC. Computers- Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in payments project on Business Analysis. Should have good exposure to different payment standards like IMPS/NEFT/Card Payment /AEPS/ Financial inclusion- Should have experience in working with clients to understand the business requirements. Should have working experience on at least two payment products.- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle- Highly effective cross-functional team management- Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skillsOther Skills:- Problem solving- Attention to Details- Surprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly and can translate your skills into new processes that others can follow.Location:Navi Mumbai
