Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Experience Executive (Marathi) to join our team at eFeed. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Marathi-speaking customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping them optimize their animal feeds/ration. This is a full-time position located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support to Marathi-speaking customers via telephone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assist customers in using our tech application to plan, create, and optimize animal feeds/ration
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Assist in translating and localizing customer-facing materials from English to Marathi
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in Marathi both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition or the agricultural industry is a plus
  • Experience in business development, tele sales, or sales is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
