As a Customer Experience Executive (CXE), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have exceptional interactions and experiences with our company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service excellence.

Language Known - Hindi / Marathi

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and concerns.

Issue Resolution

  • Listen to customer concerns and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Ensure that all customer issues are logged, tracked, and followed up on until resolution.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or issues.

Feedback And Improvement

  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Share customer feedback with the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics as required.

Salary & Incentives: upto 3 lpa

Only Females required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (background/degree in Agriculture is preferred)
  • Are available for full time (in-office)
  • You should be an excellent communicator whos able to earn our clients trust
  • Can start the work immediately
  • Have relevant skills and interests
