Role Objective
We are seeking a proactive and creative Global Marketing & Communications Executive to shape Loopworm’s presence across international markets. Sitting at the intersection of brand, sales enablement, and strategic communication, this role will drive campaigns, support business development, and amplify Loopworm’s story worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Campaign Support
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to design and execute targeted campaigns.
- Draft and refine sales emails, case studies, and product narratives tailored to customer segments.
- Develop collaterals (presentations, brochures, knowledge decks) showcasing nutritional and scientific advantages.
Content & Digital Presence
- Manage LinkedIn, newsletters, website updates, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with sales cycles and product launches.
- Ensure a consistent, high-impact brand voice across all platforms.
Events & PR
- Plan event participation, product launches, and booth collaterals.
- Manage branding & communications for conferences, expos, and customer events.
- Collaborate with PR partners to position Loopworm as a leader in recombinant proteins and sustainable animal nutrition.
Market & Competitor Insights
- Provide actionable insights to BD and leadership for refining positioning and messaging.
Storytelling & Creative Communication
- Translate complex technical and scientific material into engaging, impactful narratives.
- Create customised slide decks, case studies, and content for diverse customer segments.
- Work with design teams to ensure timely, visually compelling deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background: Brand management, B2B marketing communications or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years in brand, marketing, or communications (preferably B2B, biotech, or nutrition sectors).
- Skilled in LinkedIn management & email marketing.
- Good to Have: Canva, Photoshop, or other design/photo/video editing tools.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, particularly for scientific and technical content.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across BD, R&D, Marketing, PR, and Design teams.
