The Opportunity
This is not just a design role. It is an opportunity to build the visual foundation of a global biotech brand from the ground up.
As our Graphic Designer, you will shape how investors, customers, partners, and the world perceive Loopworm. You will define Loopworm’s physical and digital presence, curating a comprehensive brand design bible, and translating complex biotechnology into powerful, compelling data-led visual storytelling for global B2B stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve the brand’s design identity (typography, colour, iconography, imagery, layouts)
- Build scalable design systems that help non-design teams to execute within brand guidelines
- Ensure visual consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints
- Optimize business and product collaterals: brochures, catalogues, data sheets, pitch decks
- Support outbound campaigns with visually optimized email, LinkedIn and Twitter assets
- Design exhibition booths, stall branding, standees, banners, other merch and coordinate with vendors on product specs
Who Should Apply
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication
- Savvy on Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and leverages AI as a creative amplifier
- (Preferred: Familiarity with Premier Pro)
- Adept at balancing craft with speed, achieving excellence without overengineering
- Has a strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, tying design to business impact
- Comfortable in a high-growth start-up environment with high ownership
