• Maintaining information about all active leads with their regular status updates, for both Domestic and export business.
• Maintain order level status updates for all active/confirmed orders.
• Ensuring that ERP is updated with all the required information for every lead, RFQ and order.
• Creating trackers and reports and share them with relevant stakeholders for efficient operations and business upkeep.
• Based on reports, highlight any task that's being pending for a long time with relevant Stakeholder.
• Regular coordination with Supply, Bizops, logistics and finance teams for resolution of any pending business issues.
