JD – Category Manager (Processed Foods amp; FMCG)

Roles amp; Responsibilities-

• Build from scratch amp; grow the Portfolio of FMCG/Processed foods Category
• Build Strong Manufacturer base amp; Supply chain capabilities
• New Product Development amp; Private Labelling/Own Brand Creation
• Manage Pricing amp; Negotiations, taking into account suitable benchmarks.
• Sourcing amp; Buying of respective categories
• Identify growth levers, concern areas, performance at category amp; product level to show positive trends
• Team building amp; Management
• Strategic planning for Revenue growth amp; Cost optimizations
• New projects or initiatives to grow business amp; set up SOPs.
• Additional skills like Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Leadership Qualities amp; Team Management
  
  

Criteria-

• Have 5-8 years of Relevant Experience in the Processed foods and FMCG Industry.
• Have the prior sourcing and category management experience for Private labelling in FMCG food Industry.
• Qualification- BBA/MBA
