Job Description- Business Analyst

We at Suite42 are building a on demand contract manufacturing platform for brands to get their

manufacturing done. We help brands with design, prototyping, sourcing, quality, and packaging. We

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop metrics, reports and analyze to drive key product decisions
• Understand business situations, requirements and provide data backed analysis
• Own platform level key metrics and coordinate with the internal teams to solve for deviations
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and provide insights for
  
  

improvements.

• Analyze, improve, and add to existing dashboards by reengineering existing queries
• Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management and executive committees
• Understand issues and structure problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions
• Actively engage with internal /external teams to streamline and standardize existing reports by
  
  

identifying and developing opportunities to increase efficiencies

• Provide quantitative analysis, reporting, and trending for key strategic initiatives; provide data sets
  
  

and metrics to add context and measure potential impact for new Projects

• Key point of contact to analyze data correlations / discrepancies / reconciliations and related
  
  

impact to Business

• Evaluate new projects and business challenges and design practical, attainable solutions
• Track and document post implementation benefits and key objective measurement
  
  

Criteria-

• Should have experience of 6 months to 2 years
• Hard skills : SQL, Python, MS Office
• Previous experience/internship in data analytics/product management
